DrAylwin Tai,CCM
Aylwin Tai, former General Manager of Chung Shan Hot Spring Golf Club (1984-1994). Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific Leisure Group Limited and Managing Director of Richtone Worldwide Limited, with over 32 years dedicated to the development of golf in China, Tai is also the founder of Volvo China Tour and Open (1995), National Golf Club General Managers’ Conference (2000), Ladies Asian Golf Tour (2005), CMAA - BMI China Education Program (2007) and CMAA-China Chapter (2010). In Much of Tai’s recent work has concentrated on the development of education program and partnership with Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), Sun Yat Sen University and Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF) to provide advance training to Asian/Chinese Club Managers working toward Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation.

戴耀宗博士, 持证俱乐部经理人
戴耀宗，中山温泉高尔夫球会前任总经理（1984-1994），现任亚太休闲集团公司高级副总裁以及富通环球有限公司董事总经理，迄今为止，超过32年以来，戴博士一直投身于高尔夫行业并为行业做出了奉献。戴博士是1995年Volvo China Open& Tour沃尔沃公开赛及巡回赛创办人之一，2000年开始的全国总经理联谊会发起人，2005年亚洲女子巡回赛创办人。同时2007年戴博士引入美国俱乐部经理人协会（CMAA）的工商管理学院（BMI）俱乐部职业经理人教育计划并于2010年成立美国俱乐部经理人协会分会。 目前戴博士的主要精力都用于和CMAA，中山大学旅游学院及亚洲高尔夫产业联盟（AGIF）合作来推广BMI在开展的课程，并帮助俱乐部经理人完成课程所需学分及通过考核成为持证俱乐部经理人（CCM）。

Zhao Guoxiong
Deputy General Manager of Kunming JIA DA LI Group & General Manager of SPRING CITY LAKESHORE project Zhao Guoxiong, Deputy General Manager of Lakewood Golf Club in Zhuhai since 1992, and being promoted as the Managing Director in 2003. Whereafter, he holded the post of General Manager of Dalian West Park Golf Country Club, Stoneforest International country Club, golf section of Shandong Anteisin Group,those golf clubs have gained a lot of reputation and awards. Particularly, the Stoneforest International country Club had been selected into the short list for candidates about the Top 100 Golf Courses in the world which was organised by the American GOLF magazine. Besides, he was the vice-chairman of Zhuhai Golf Association, Deputy Secretary-General of Golf Association of Liaoning province, Executive member of Golf Association of Yunnan province. Actually, he is the Deputy General Manager of Kunming JIA DA LI Group & General Manager of SPRING CITY LAKESHORE project.
赵国雄
昆明佳达利集团副总兼春城海岸项目总经理 1992年开始担任珠海翠湖高尔夫球会董事副总经理，2003年出任珠海翠湖高尔夫球会董事总经理，之后先后担任大连西郊高尔夫球会、石林国际乡村俱乐部、山东安泰信集团高尔夫事业部总经理，这些球会在各类的评选中多次获得奖项和荣誉，2011年石林球会更是进入在美国《高尔夫》杂志评选世界百佳高尔夫球场候选名单。此外，先后担任珠海高尔夫协会副会长、辽宁省高尔夫协会副秘书长、云南省高尔夫协会常务理事职务。现任昆明佳达利集团副总兼春城海岸项目总经理。

Wang Weichao, Publisher of the GOLF PEOPLE Magazine
Wang Weichao, Senior Media Expert, Excellent Young and Mid-aged Entrepreneur in Shaanxi, famous Social Activist, is actually the Member of the Council of the Shaanxi Golf Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Tennis Association and Chairman of the Xiongshi Advertising & Noblelife Culture Media(NCM) & Noblelife Golf Management Consulting Co.,Ltd. Thanks to the experiences in the early military life and the media, he had founded the Xiongshi Advertising in 1997, the NCM in 2002(meanwhile created the NOBLE magazine); as a golf enthusiast, he threw himself into the golf career in China, and established the GOLF PEOPLE magazine in 2009 in order to focus on spreading golf’s authoritative information, popularize the golf’s spirit and culture, concentrate the profession’s creation and innovation, build a common platform for exchanging ideas, set up a link between China and the world, grow up together with the golf sport in China.
